Arts in the Park is the Marion Art Center’s signature outdoor artisan market and occurs annually in July on the Saturday after Independence Day.

Arts in the Park features a select group of local artists and artisans, vetted by the Exhibitions Committee. Goods include baskets, ceramics, clothing, collage, fiber, glass, jewelry, woodworking, painted, and hand-crafted furniture, paintings, photography, and more. The MAC, with grant support from the Mattapoisett and Rochester Cultural Councils, sponsors this family-friendly event featuring live music, a food truck, raffle, and free arts activities for kids.

7th Annual River Walk! The Open Space and Recreation Committee of West Bridgewater is gearing up for this year’s annual River Walk event on June 2nd (rain date June 9th ). Similar to past events, this will be a pedestrian-friendly opportunity to explore and enjoy the many historical and agricultural aspects of River Street including War Memorial Park, the Keith House, Pratt’s Landing, Old Bridgewater Historical Society, and the many local farms and crafters.
